Terms of Use

Any image may be used for personal use at the low resolution(less than 600 pixels wide and less than 500 pixels tall) from Phototempest free of charge provided that the following guidelines are met in their entirety:

Web use only

Limited to 10 uses per image per person

Images may not be sold, resold, or used an any commercial manner. Images may not be submitted or sold to any stock photography company or sold to any commercial enterprise.

Medium and high-resolution images may be purchased for private or commercial use. Purchase of any image requires that the Purchase Terms of Use be agreed upon and adhered to.
